Pip.Pro is a trading name of Floatek Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16518351).
1.1. Pip.Pro is a software-only picture-in-picture media player. We do not host, sell, distribute, retransmit, license, scrape, or stream any audio-visual content.
1.2. Users must hold their own valid and lawful accounts or permissions with any third-party platforms used in conjunction with Pip.Pro.
1.3. Pip.Pro does not bypass DRM systems, paywalls, access controls, advertising systems, or platform safeguards.
1.4. Pip.Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party content platform.
1.5. Any unlawful, infringing, or unauthorised use of third-party content is the sole responsibility of the user.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any referenced policies.
3.1. Pip.Pro provides a standard picture-in-picture video player.
3.2. Advanced or experimental features are provided on a non-contractual, best-efforts basis and may be modified, restricted, or removed at any time.
3.3. These additional features do not form part of the paid subscription entitlement and should not be relied upon when purchasing the service.

5.1. Pip.Pro and all associated software, code, player functionality, design, architecture, trademarks, branding, documentation, and related technology are the exclusive intellectual property of Floatek Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Floatek Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Pip.Pro software for personal or internal business use.
5.3. This licence does not grant any ownership rights in the software or underlying technology.
5.4. All media content accessed through Pip.Pro remains the property of the relevant third-party platform or content owner. Pip.Pro does not claim ownership of any such content and does not host, store, or distribute it.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of access, forfeiture of subscriptions, and potential legal action.
7.1. Subscriptions are billed annually, unless otherwise stated.
7.2. Payment is taken at purchase or immediately after any trial period ends.
7.3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
7.4. Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy, and use of Pip.Pro is also subject to their terms.
7.5. Prices may include VAT or sales tax depending on your location.
8.1. Trial cancellations must be submitted to contact@pip.pro before the trial ends.
8.2. Post-trial cancellations prevent renewal but allow access for the paid term.
8.3. Refunds are discretionary, assessed individually, and typically not granted due to trial availability.
8.4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
9.1. Pip.Pro is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9.2. Because Pip.Pro interacts with external platforms and browser technologies, certain functionality may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

9.4. Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or adapt functionality, but we are not liable for disruption caused by external platform changes or technical dependencies.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including platform outages, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures.
11.1. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
11.2. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
